How long does shipping take for my eyewear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For international orders, please allow 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your frames, you can return them in their original condition for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom prescription lenses are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Do you offer prescription lens services?
Yes, Weiss Optix provides high-quality prescription lens fitting. Simply upload your valid prescription during checkout or email it to our support team. We offer single-vision, progressive, and blue-light blocking options.
How do I know if a frame will fit my face shape?
Each product page includes detailed measurements (lens width, bridge width, and temple length). We also offer a Virtual Try-On tool on our mobile site to help you visualize how each style looks on your face.
