At Weiss Optix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if your frames aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and protective seals intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack Your Frames
Securely place the eyewear in its original hard case and designer box to ensure it is protected during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
